#SeeTheWorldInABDN

AIYF successfully hosted some Arts & Craft workshops last week during the Easter Holidays in order to engage more young people in the Aberdeen International Youth Festival, and the project we are running, ‘See the World in Aberdeen’. We encouraged local youngsters to be imaginative and create a 3D hot air balloon where all entries will be exhibited in a gallery during the festival!

(and there are some really good prizes up for grabs too!! Helicopter ride around Aberdeen or Water Zorbing with your friends anyone?!)

We had some very creative entries from this workshop, using different styles and techniques such as weaving, print making, paper mache, drawing with sound and painting.

This project is for ALL AGES, you can work on it INDIVIDUALLY or as a TEAM, it can be made out of absolutely anything you want and can be ANY SIZE!
