Marketing Opportunities

The Festival has a wide range of opportunities to suit all types of organisation and budgets, reaching a diverse audience groups.

The following is a list of marketing options, however if you felt there was something specific we could help with we would be happy to discuss tailored packages:

Advert in main Festival programme:

The Programme includes all the Festival events and information on the participating companies.
24pp a4 80,000 print run mailed to 50,000 mailing list and addresses throughout Aberdeen City and Shire

Flyering opportunities:
1. At a range of Festival events during August, including family concerts, bands, orchestral concerts. Typical audience breakdown can be provided.
2. Included in the Festival Programme mail-out.
3. At Friends of the Festival AGM in April - attended by up to 300 Aberdeen City/Shire based known youth arts supporters
4. Included in Friends Quarterly Newsletter - mailed to 300 Aberdeen City/Shire based known youth arts supporters
5. Specific mailing to Friends Mailing List (anytime)

1. Inclusion in monthly e-newsletter, mailed to over 800-opt in addresses (click here for archive)
2. Inclusion in the Festival blog which is fed through to Facebook by RSS feeds.

(minimum 40 unique visitors per day, increasing to 500 mid July - August)

Information to participants:
The Festival attracts up to 1000 international and Scottish participants aged 12 - 26. Each participant receives an information pack, and we can include your printed material / gifts in these packs.
