This concert features two international soloists; Tatiana Serova plays a traditional Russian repertoire on the Dorma string instrument, accompanied by accordionist Alex Kazakov. Flautist Tim Kadlec returns to AIYF after a successful visit as part of a Moravian Wind Quintet in 2016.

Up Close & Musical: Turquoise Duo

Cuban pianist, Daniel Hart and Spanish oboist, Clara Lafuente met whilst studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and their homelands influence their repertoire with a Mediterranean and Caribbean flavour mixed with the Scottish culture of their new home.
